Dairy & Gluten Free Fish Pie...
I used smoked white fish (hand caught & smoked by my dad, thank you! ) salmon & prawns. Pop your fish into a oven proof dish, then cover with peas & sweet corn. In a pan melt 25g goats butter with 25g corn flour and cook for 1-2 minutes before gradually adding in Soya milk (around 400ml) until you get a nice thick white sauce then add in some English mustard and fresh chives for flavour. Pour sauce over fish mixture. Finally mash some tatties, skin on, layer on top of fish mix and bake for 45mins.
