3-minute stir-fry!
Feeling lazy I bought pre-cut veggies (courgette spaghetti / red onion / bean sprout mix) I heated up some coconut oil and chucked it all in together with some fresh minced garlic and raw ginger root. A splash of soya sauce and cooked for 2 minutes. Added prawns and cooked for another minute until they were pink.
So quick and easy and plenty of veggies left to do another dish tomorrow! Oh and it was pretty tasty too!
